Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. No minimum spend.

Made to order

Everything we sell is made to order, so your item is printed or embroidered just for you after you place your order. Production usually takes 2–5 working days.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once your order has been made, it's packed and sent to you by tracked post. UK delivery then usually takes a few more working days, so most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks of ordering.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Things can take a little longer at busy times such as Black Friday and Christmas, so if you're buying a gift, it's worth ordering early.

Tracking your order

When your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Delivering outside the UK

If we can deliver to your country, the available options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Check your address

Please double-check your delivery address before you order. If you spot a mistake, use our contact form or email support@endlessuniverse.org as soon as possible. Once your order has gone into production we may not be able to change it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we're happy to send it again, but we may need to charge for the extra delivery.

Something not turned up?

If your tracking hasn't moved for a while or your parcel seems to be lost, use our contact form or email support@endlessuniverse.org with your order number and we'll sort it out.
