How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order, which usually takes 2–5 working days. UK delivery then takes a few more working days, so most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks. See our delivery page for details.
Do you charge for delivery?
No, UK delivery is free on every order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
If we can deliver to your country, the options and costs will be shown at checkout.
How do I find my size?
Have a look at our size guide. Measuring a tee or hoodie you already own and comparing it with our measurements is the most reliable way to choose.
Can I return or exchange something?
Because every item is made just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. If something arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, we'll replace it. See our returns page.
My order arrived damaged or misprinted. What do I do?
Sorry about that! Use our contact form or email support@endlessuniverse.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what's wrong, and email photos of the problem to support@endlessuniverse.org. We'll then send you a replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Use our contact form or email support@endlessuniverse.org as soon as you can. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Once it's being made, we can't.
Who makes your clothes?
We design everything ourselves, and each piece is printed or embroidered to order by our print-on-demand partner, then sent straight to you.
How should I wash my Endless clothes?
Turn them inside out and wash cool (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Don't iron directly over the print or embroidery, and don't dry clean.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled securely through Shopify's checkout, and we never see your card details.
Can I buy Endless anywhere else?
Yes, you can also find us on Etsy as EndlessUniverseShop.
