Returns

Made to order, so please choose carefully

Every Endless item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please check our size guide before you order, and if you're unsure, just ask. We're happy to help.

Misprinted, damaged or faulty? We'll replace it

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, or we've sent you the wrong item or size, we'll send you a replacement free of charge.

Just use our contact form or email support@endlessuniverse.org within 30 days of delivery and tell us your order number and what's wrong. Please email a clear photo of the problem and a photo of the whole item to support@endlessuniverse.org so we can arrange your replacement.

You usually won't need to send the item back. If we can't replace it, for example if that colour or size is no longer available, we'll give you a full refund instead.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, use our contact form or email support@endlessuniverse.org as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once production has started, we can't cancel it.

None of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
