Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains how Endless ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit endlessuniverse.org or buy from us. We are the data controller for this information under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if given) and what you ordered.
  • Payment details: payments are handled securely by Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Messages you send us through our contact form or by email.
  • Your email address if you sign up to hear about new designs.
  • Technical information such as your device, browser, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies.

How we use it

  • To make, send and support your order (performing our contract with you).
  • To answer your questions and handle replacements.
  • To send you news about new designs, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To keep the site running, secure and working well, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: Shopify (our website and checkout), Printful (who print and pack your order), delivery companies, and payment providers. Some of these may process data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards are in place. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site and checkout to work, and, where you agree, cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can change your cookie choices in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (usually six years), and other information only as long as we need it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy of it. To do this, email support@endlessuniverse.org. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
