Made to order

Every item is made to order by our print partner, Printful, after you place your order. Production usually takes 2–5 working days.

UK delivery

UK delivery is free on every order. Orders are sent by tracked post, and UK delivery usually takes a few more working days after production, so most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays, and things can take longer at busy times.

International delivery

We deliver to many countries outside the UK. International delivery is not free. If we can deliver to your country, the options and costs will be shown at checkout and paid by you. Your order may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country, and these are your responsibility.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link once your order has been sent.

Address problems

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away using our contact form or support@endlessuniverse.org. Once your order is in production we may not be able to change it. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we'll happily send it again, but we may charge for the extra delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, contact us at support@endlessuniverse.org and we'll sort it out.
